The objective of the BMC Alignability Implementation Training is to ensure that the participants are capable of selling, planning and delivering an IT Service Management implementation project based on the combination of the BMC Alignability Process Model and the BMC Service Desk Express Suite.

To achieve this, the following topics will be covered during the training:

1. Objective and benefits of Alignability;
2. Planning Alignability implementations;
3. Delivering process review workshops;
4. Review of Alignability processes;
5. Customizing the Alignability Process Model.
